Delivery Policy
Standard Delivery UK:
Postage will be charged at £3.50
Shipping Method: Royal Mail 1st Class
We will endeavour to ship orders placed by 2pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the next working day. Please allow 7 working days from dispatch to delivery.
The recipient of the parcel must pay any customs or import duties charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. We have no control over these charges and are unable to tell you what these costs would be.
Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made during busy sale periods and over national holidays.
Please note all delivery times are subject to product availability and credit card authorisation. Delivery times are an estimate only and can not be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.
UK refers to the UK, Channel Islands and Northern Island.
Order Acceptance
When an Email confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order - it is not an order acceptance. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.
Credit Card Security
We use HSBC Secure Epayment Facility for online payments and will never have access to your card details when you order from Green Cherub
Please note: Your credit card or bank statement transaction will show "Green Cherub" as the merchant.
Returns Policy
Your right to Cancel
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have bought from us, please contact us straight away. In any case, this must be within 7 days of receipt.
For health and safety reasons, unless faulty, we are unable to accept the return of any goods where the packaging has been opened.
Please also enclose a letter explaining why you wish to return the product(s) and we will refund you in full within 28 days of the receipt of your returned order.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. For faulty items, the cost of returned postage will be refunded to you.
To return any products to us, please:
1. Make sure to tell us whether you want an Exchange or Refund. 2. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting since we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit. 3. Pack the items safely, enclose the invoice and send it back to:

VAT, Taxes and Duties
VAT at the current rate applies to all orders dispatched for delivery within the UK and will also be charged on any EU order where we do not have the customer's VAT number.
Back Orders
If any of your ordered items are not in stock, we will contact you immediately. You will always be emailed or called with details to ensure that you are kept up to date with the progress of your order.
